A custom rewards platform for Nefit Bosch

Client challenge

As a leading manufacturer in heating technology, Nefit Bosch has been using Novik® for years to run consumer-facing promotional campaigns. For a new loyalty campaign aimed at installers, they needed a tailored solution: an online platform to manage campaigns outside of the regular rewards program. It had to connect seamlessly to the existing Partner Portal while maintaining full control over users, points, and orders.

The challenge: flexibility for Nefit Bosch and a clear user experience for installers.

Process

We developed the ‘My Novik’ platform as an extension of the existing Novik system, tailored to the needs of both marketers and end users. In co-creation with the Nefit Bosch team, we mapped out all processes, data flows, and usage scenarios. Key principles included: separate points balances, real-time insights, linked product data, and a frictionless user experience.

We accounted for different management needs, from manual input via Excel to automated shipping via integrated fulfillment partners. My Novik was built as an independent SaaS module, but fully integrated into Nefit Bosch’s digital ecosystem.

Solution

My Novik combines smart technology with ease of use for installers and full control for Nefit Bosch:

  • Signup via form: Installers sign up once through the portal and immediately access their own rewards dashboard.

  • Personal dashboard: Users can see their current points balance, browse available gifts, and place orders instantly.

  • Manual points management: Using a secure CSV upload, Nefit Bosch can adjust point balances based on recorded sales.

  • Real-time validation: The system automatically checks if the user has enough points when placing an order.

  • Seamless fulfillment: Orders are sent directly to Novik®, where integration with Sendcloud or UPS ensures fast delivery.

  • Admin functionality: Nefit Bosch can manage users, orders, and balances independently through a user-friendly admin panel.

  • 24/7 insights: All data is collected in one central database, with downloadable reports per user.

With My Novik, Nefit Bosch now has a powerful and flexible rewards platform, fully connected to their existing promotional engine via Novik®.
